On weekends, April 30 and May 1, Lenexpo will host the St. Petersburg craft beer festival Petersburg Craft Weekend.
The restaurant program KwakInn Club is responsible for the beer program of the festival. Lenexpo will pour 50 beer breweries from Russia, Europe and America, including St. Petersburg Bakunin, Vasileostrovsky Brewery, Los Pivos, Jaws from Zarechny, Mytishchi Volkovsky Brewery, Scottish BrewDog, German Braufactum, Danish To Øl and Mikkeler, Belgian Lindemans, Estonian Tanker and Põhjala. In total, 120 varieties of beer will be presented at the festival, on the first day there will be one set, by the second it will be completely updated. Separate breweries will brew experimental varieties right in the Lenexpo Pavilion.
Petersburg establishments Bekitser, Pita's, Proteins and Carbohydrates, Nina's Friends, Ukusno, Bros Buritos, Burger Lab, Frits, OLEN, Surf Coffee, Soup & Roll's organize one-day restaurants with street food, burgers and snacks.
The festival will also have a music scene, the program of which is responsible for the Light Music promo group, the organizer of Stereoleto.
In two days, the Bus Band street orchestra (a third-party project of Surtsey Sounds), the heirs of Zinovy Birtman from the Birtman group, the psychedelic pop stage Gromyka, and the jazz St. Petersburg band will play. Petersburg Ska-Jazz Review and Newlux, surf rockers Voodoo Band and The Sloptones, as well as VIA "Proletarsky Tango" and "2va aircraft." A detailed program is available here.
The festival program also includes round tables for brewers and journalists, sommelier lectures and master classes on how to open a bar.
The festival will be held in Pavilion 8a. Both days he will start working at 13:00. A single day ticket costs 300 rubles.
